Originally from Ohio, she’s no stranger to relocation, having moved over 8 times through Ohio, Kentucky, and Michigan before finding her forever home in Florida. Now based in New Port Richey, she proudly serves families across Trinity, Odessa, Palm Harbor, Dunedin, Wesley Chapel, and surrounding areas.
 
With over 20 years of customer service experience and a strong background as a real estate transaction coordinator, Kristine brings unmatched attention to detail and organization to every step of the process. In 2025, she supported multiple buyers and sellers navigating complex relocations, off-market opportunities, and competitive resale markets, earning a reputation for being highly responsive, proactive, and solution-driven.
